What Healthy Aging Hub Is Really About

The problem with most health content for older adults — and how we're trying to fix it.

The problem

Most health content for adults over 60 falls into one of three categories:

Adults over 65 deserve better than that. The science is there. The translation is missing.

The approach

We start with peer-reviewed primary sources. We cross-reference established institutions. We translate complex findings into plain English. We cite every claim. We say "the research suggests" — never "this will cure you."

We don't tell you what to do. We tell you what the research says — and trust you to have that conversation with your doctor.

Our methodology

Every video we publish follows these five steps:

  1. Start with primary sources

Peer-reviewed research from PubMed, Cochrane, and named medical journals — not summary articles or wellness blogs.

  2. Cross-reference established institutions

Mayo Clinic, Harvard Health, Johns Hopkins, NIH, NHS, and the Cochrane Library are our cross-check standard.

  3. Translate without distortion

Complex findings become plain English — but never at the cost of the actual finding. If research is uncertain, we say so.

  4. Cite every claim

Every statement of fact is sourced. Citations appear on-screen and in every video description.

  5. Update when research evolves

When new evidence emerges, we update or correct older content. Health science moves — so do we.

What we cover
